HERITAGE / MEETS MODERN

Rebuilt inside a former warehouse that showcases the historic industrial days of Yaletown, 1290 Homer Street is where heritage meets modern. The site will experience a renovation and restoration of an existing 3-story heritage designated building and an additional 3 new floor levels above. This unique mixed used office/retail development will add vibrance and character to the bustling neighborhood adorned with Vancouver’s iconic waterfront seawall, trendy patios, and cobblestone streets.

Designed by the prominent arhitectural firm Parr & Fee, when constructed in 1910 it was named the MacPherson & Teetzel Company Building.
